    Plaque is a new experiment for artist Henry H.M. Wang who will start a 12-day solo show today at Today’s Art Gallery at 157, Hsinsheng South Road, Sec. 1, Taipei. It will run through March 13.
 
    The 37-year-old artist was graduated from the National Taiwan College of Marine Science and Technology in 1971 and then became a seaman aboard a merchant chip.
 
    He later joined Ford Lio Ho Motor Co., Ltd. at Chungli as an engineer. A year later he left the company and went to Yingko, Taipei county, his hometown where he followed his father’s steps in selling ceramic arts.
 
    Two years later, he became a self-taught artist and has succeeded in selling everything he made.
